Ariston Thermo acquires the majority of Atmor
Ariston Thermo, a global leading company in the water heating and heating industry, acquired the majority of Atmor, Israeli company specialized in manufacturing superior tankless electric instant water heaters for residential and commercial use.
With over 40 years of experience, Atmor has a consolidated reputation as technological leader and the most international manufacturer of tankless instant water heaters, offering a wide range of products based on innovative and sophisticated performances and on a high energy efficiency. The company distributes its products in over 40 countries worldwide, from America to South-East Asia, from Russia to Africa.
With this operation, Ariston Thermo reinforces itself in the important and increasing electric instant water heaters segment, acquiring a strong technological expertise and a proven innovation capability. The two companies are strongly synergic, both at commercial level and in terms of operations and sourcing.
